panther motorsport gas flowed head complete with three angle spiral cut valves and three layer head gasket. £170

piper bp270 cams £155

or head and cams together for £300

both to suit c16xe, x16xe or x14xe engines

no mate they are for the 1.4 and 1.6 16v engines.

how about the 1.4 8v sri engine?how much gain do you get from them?

the above head and cams are for the 16v engines only. you would need to get your 8v head gas flowed, as for cams the 16v has 2 and inlet and exhaust cam, the 8v engine only has a single cam so again you would need a different cam.

thanks for that mate yea as he said these are only for the 1.4 16v and the 1.6 16v engines.

he had 1.6 with all that in and it was sittin at 148bhp.well worth the money.its very fast i tested my self

yea it was rather swift the cams made the biggest difference with just the cams and a full exhaust and filter i had 136bhp and 104 lbft.
then when i added the head i got 146.4 bhp and 121 lbft. iv'e still got the graphs but i've got no way of getting them up.

these are flywheel figures of course but it's a fair hike from the measly 106 bhp it came from the factory with.

wot about on a 1.4 16v? i have 1.2 16v at the minute and am looking to upgrade, head & cams wud make a nice addition

well mate i have the whole engine and gearbox and loom and ecu and everything needed to convert.but the engine is needing a new piston and liner which would cost £200 to fix if your interested you can have the whole lot for £350 as i would rather someone got the use out of it.

oh and the pistons that are in it are omega forged high comp pistons.
