Carburettors. They mix fuel with air before the mixture reaches the cylinder. An alternative to fuel injection. To my knowledge anyway

wats better and in what ways exactly???
price? Sound? power? torque? fuel economy? maintenance?

throttle bodies will give more power and better consumption as they use injectors which are a lot more precise than carbs.

twin 40 carbs have been around a long time i used to run them on my 1.6 fiesta track car. its basically 2 carbs which equal twice as much fuel in and we all know the quicker u get the fuel in the better it goes. they are not a patch on throttle bodies though and no where near as much to buy either.
