Me and a mate are going to france for the day to get some booze and fags, where is the nearest/cheapest/best place to buy from Cherbourg in France?

cheapest place is brittany ferries, i got 4 crates of 500ml stella cans for 30 quid, fuckin bargin

For fags there is a street in belguim with a chocolate factory at the top nd and a whole street of fag shops and chocolate shops!!! Cant remeber what the street is called tho!
