oversized pistons fitted
con rod bolts to suit
big end bearings
new mains cap bolts
headgasket set
new oil pump
2.5inch straight through exhaust, with 3inch round tailpipe
forge intercooler(unsure of size see pics below)
bailey dump valve
f20 gear box 5 speed
Exterior:
Custom designed bonnet to aid airflow and cooling
bad boy extension is actually moulded into the bonnet with steel and re-enforced with a steel round on the outer edge for strength.(Bonnet is new)
Smoothed bootlid(boot is new)
Sidecills made from steel(3 layers) as are the wheel arches.
Because the corsa shell is a 1993 model the windscreen,B-Pillars,rear impact panel were re-enforced and the engine bay seam-welded for strength and a lengthy duration.
16 inch Speedline Comp2 rally wheels with durable tyres.
Vented discs and uprated brake lines.
Interior:
Sparco raceseats with 3point harnesses
Sparco chrome gear knob
Sparco steering wheel (removable and lockable) with boss fitted
Custom made dash, made from steel coated with black crinkle paint
Half rollcage bolted in with safety net attatched
No door trimmings at all (car was designed for track use)
Because the dash was re-designed, the heating pipes have been changed with vents changed also
