Where to get it and what are people using to wrap there looms? The black rubbery sleeve stuff on mine has seen better days and want to tidy it up with the same kind of stuff.

What to use?

My favorite is Coroplast loom tape like this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COROPLAST-Cloth-Wiring-Loom-Insulating-tape-25-metres-19mm-/270981617035?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item3f17c3558b

I've used some other furry loom tape before and it has been very bulky and makes the wrapped loom bigger then it needs to be. Also because it was so thick you didnt get much on each roll.

The coroplast stuff is much thinner and nicer to use

I over estimated massively how much I needed

If I remember correctly I used 5 roles on the engine loom, that was everything, wires to gearbox, fuel relay, dizzy etc, the whole lot.

I want to do mine with the cloth type not the furry stuff.Does a roll go very far or not? it's also cheaper than the coroplast stuff.

I used this on my XE loom, I work for them so got it free but it's not expensive. Used less than 1 role on my engine loom I think
