Im at work and i answer the phone i say

"Good afternoon York Refrigeration Heather speaking how can i help ?"

They reply " Can i speake to . . . . . . . . ."

I then say "Can i ask who's calling ?"

Then they reply with " No you can't what you going to do now ? "

As if its some sort of joke it fucking pisses me right off
