put a couple of drops of tea tree in as hot as you can take it water and gargle with it

tastes fookin rank but if you do it before you go to bed you wont have a sore throat when you wake up


tea tree is a natural antiseptic

there is lozenger things you can get from behind the counter in boots, cant remember the name, but they numb the throat and work a treat
