Right had a fucking gutsfull of the vibe subs so getting shot of em.
Gonna be replaced with a custom boot build with 2 Resonant Engineering SE 15" 600wRMS subs, run off my Vibe VP4 (1200wRMS at 1 ohm).
Probably gonna have a shot at a sealed enclosure, already got a yellow top and a vibe cap and uprated battery up front.
Got a set of infinity comps up front and got another set to bang in the rear too, both amped perfectly at 75wrms each.
All run offa Pioneer 8500MP and P.G. Bass cube.
Wot ye reckon peeps?

Reckon you should get one of the Pioneer DEH P77MP units, mmmmmm, 6v pre-outs!!!!!!
And an Alpine PXA-H700 signal processor read a review on it in TCA today, and looks better than I first imagined!

Vibe amps to run the subs, ok, im not really gonna argue, I'll let that one slide. BUT vibe amp to run infinity components, im afraid not matey!!!!HAHAHAHA!! Reckon you should go for something more like a decent genesis amp, or better still, something from Audison.....oh to be a millionaire!!

JL 1000/1
Diamond Audio D5 1200.1
DLS A6 (would do the job VERY well)

The VP4's power is proven and was given the best digital amp award in total car audio.
Good enough for me and ill get it tested if needs be
And whats wrong with the VP2? The components dont even distort at the highest volume ive been able to take the system so far with the gains perfectly matched, so

Sorry Richie but we just dont like Vibe
Sounds good, why didn't you go for the XXX range?? I know these are crazy beasts but it would be fun
I would go for the DLS amp myself.. The JL one is very very good, but costs fortune Where as with the DLS, you could probably buy 3 of those for the JL price...
Are you taking out the rear seats?? or gonna do a corb and fit it in the boot??
I would lvoe to see a crazy "no rear seat intall" in a corsa B... a bit like Hel's install in the bravo...

Numero uno, at £300 a sub, 2 of them, and need 3200RMS worth a power to run them, make me win the lottery, then were talking.

also think u should get the DEH P77MP
think halfords are doing an xmas offer on them. They look kinda stylish as well,
can't argue with 6v outputs!
I'm gonna consider this HU,

Ausin you prob wont need bass cube, most amps are more than happy with 4v. How much imput can they take, i know my alpine take up to 8v but I wouldnt want to go that far.

Yup got one myself mate...nice HU Although the mp3 side is has still got the gaps and takes a little while (10-20secs) to loads a mp3 cd But you cant grumble with the 6.5v preouts
How much are halfords charging for this unit? last time i checked it was £280 and my local motor centre was doing it for £350 (original price) I only paid £230 from CAD and came within two days
However, on the preouts...ive found a handful of amps that accept 6.5v inputs, most are in the range of 1-5/6v Although pioneer amps do 2-8v or sumthing like that
