This car, standard engine, standard airbox with modded filter, Exhaust system, 15" alloys, o-60 in 6.5 (timed by courtenay).

Astra GTE does 134mph, Calibra (Same engine) does 137mph, corsa with less weight and a long enough road may hit 140mph, but the shape of the car is also sh1te, so deffo between 135-140mph.

2.0 16v Conversion = £1000-£1500 (proper job)
2.0 16v Turbo = £3000-£5000 (proper job). Engine and GB alone are the cost of a whole 2.0 16v conversion.

corsa weighs quite a bit more than a GTE and altho corsa's may be more aerodynamic i dont think a stock valver corsa can do much more than an astra so anyone saying they done more than 135-140 is seriusly bullshitting. Unles your lucky b

i reckon mine does 0-60 in roughly 6.5 secs running an f16 box pull is reall good

Top end?

All depends on what box you've got, the F20 wont let you do anymore than 135mph, F28 bout 150.

also running 15"s. 7000rpm is the standard limiter, so thats got to be aroudn 140mph. I shall find out the 7k limit top speed.

And Fads, u'd be suprised, i bet on test with the right amount of road ud crack 135mph! Corsa doesn't weigh more than an astra GTE. Just been reading up on the Astra weight. As standard, even hevier than mine, and mines a lot heavier than yours
