I got the six points BEFORE i passed my test and if you must know it was for driving WITHOUT a license, insurance tax mot therefore i wasn't banned bacuase i hadn't passed my test and it was my first offense, i passed my test on the 29th of JULY 2003 i know that cos that was the same date i got done for driving the year before

If you'd have explained this before then no-one would have made the comment about that you should have lost your licence.
Back to the speeding, did you get a summons or just a fixed penalty??

Note: Under Section 172 of the road traffic act 1988 you are require to supply the information requested within 28 day of the service of this notice. the penalty for failure to supply this information is in itself an offence and subject to a FINE OF P TO £1000, AND 3 PENALTY POINTS. IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES THE COURT MAY ALSO IMPOSE A DISQUALIFICATION FROM DRIVING i think i better bloody fill that out then!!!

Theres benefits to driving like an old codger after all.
Been stopped twice, no points, no fines just a 7 and 30 day slip (both in the space of a week and for no reason) Not bad for 6 years driving

And just while av mentioned old codgers.......has any1 else noticed how they all drive 1.6's etc but only do 20 in 30's and 40 in 60's, whats the point .......and even more annoying, why the fook do they indicate left or right at round abouts when their going straight on and then blast their horn at other drivers when they get cut up
