might be a good idea to change the bigend bearings and big end bolts, i believe they use the 1.7 td ones in the phase kits on the let.

end of the day as the engine is in bits get asmuch of the bottom end balanced and deseemed as it should release a little bit of power, reduce fatigue failure and should rev up better.

Loom?
SBD Fuel pump? Sounds expensive, how much?
Check those pistons fit standard rods.
I think rod bolts will be cheaper from Rally Design.
Verniers
Fuel pressure gauge
Linkage
TPS
Cam lube
QED Dis pack? Whats this? You can just use the standard one from a 2.0 eco. £15 from scrappy.
Big end bolts are con rod bolts
The Main bearing bolts are stretch bolts so they definatly need changing. You would want to fit new BE and Main bearings whilst its out...

Fuel pressure gauge was meant to be fuel pressure regulator. Although a gauge might be useful too

Are you getting the inlet ports and exhaust ports all smoothed in too? Will make the airflow/exhaust gase flow much smoother and give a few more gee gees.

the heads been flowed etc already....
Engine has pistons, rod bolts etc fitted already....
loom is with DTA ECU
Uprated regulator - was just going to use bigger injectors and highflow pump
verniers - i forgot off them list
P16vlv: It makes a big diff.....well i think it does. Its a bit raw for most folk tho... no radio, heaters, carpets, sound deadning, dash... erm... no anything to be exact i like it tho

You need a regulator of some sorts else you wont get any fuel pressure.
See pic second from bottom.
You have one.
How much is the fuel pump?
What sort of clearance is there between the bulkhead? I know corsa's have less than nova's, but if you can, you'll probably want bigger trumpets.

What injectors are you using?
You may want to get them cleaned while you dont need them.

i dont have injectors yet.... bar the std c20xe ones..
Pump is 150 or so from SBD... they have quite a few models. Look at there site
SBD TB's would have needed a bit of bodging on the bulkhead, master cylinder moved etc etc... im hoping these direct to head one will fit better
