OK i work in an Off Licence in Gerrards Cross.. (a very nice town)
On boxing day we got ram raided @ 6am... They didn't get away with much..
The security company we go through to things fixed sent out 2 doddering old fools to measure up the shop for a new front... It still aint fixed.
Then last night @ 3am it happened AGAIN... Same people same car same Reg plate...
and because they only had to get through WOOD (cos its not fixed yet) they got away with even more stuff this time 
WTF...
So my manager is really pissed and we are getting it all sorted now.. but that really does take the piss..
What is England comming to

oh and i have also been held at gun point and at knife point....

I only live bout 10mins away from there snowy, i pass that way on my to GF house i see them there all the time.

snowy - we had a boulder through the window about 3 months ago at my normal shop, and had £2000 worth of fags taken. Rang security and they werent prepared to do anything about it cos they "couldnt justify the cost of more security". Then last week, it happened again and £1343 worth of fags taken again!!

PS Thats in a nice area of town. I also work in the shop in the town centre, and had 2 shoplifters in one shify, which made me laugh! Havent hd any violent attacks on staff for ages - last one was a girl working there was threatened with a crow bar.

its everywhere you go fella, trust me!
my dad owns a shop in the middle of knowhere, and he has still had a hand-gun pulled on him on two occasions, a load of pikeys ram raided the place and tried to drag the cashpoint out with a truck and the post office was held up by a bloke with a sawn-off shotgun
all this in the last six months or so.........
