Had the first half of my install in for awhile now but last Wednesday I dropped it off to get the front end sorted and the boot build done.
I know it's pretty plain but I only wanted something clean and tidy really so I'm happy enough
Spec's for the system are now:
Alpine CDA-9812RB
Focal Polykevlar 165K2P Components
JL 300/2 Amp
2x JL 12W3V2-D2 Subs
JL 500/1 Amp
Directed 1.2 farad power cap
Also had the power to the distribution block uprated to 0 gauge now too. Next up is an uprated altenator and bigger battery, and lots more sound deadening...
Just got to wait a week or so to let the new speakers bed in a bit then I can go back and get it all set-up properly Pretty happy all in all anyway

The cost for this batch of work was £1000. That was for the 300/2, the Focal's, the boot build, fitting and the cable upgrade - didn't think that was too bad TBH
Didn't want anything tooo spangly really, just nice and tidy which suits me

Thank you for the comments people
Funnily enough the loss of the boot is a bit inconvenient because of having to use my car for work, but I'll live with throwing stuff on the back seats

Yup! And as I'm usually carrying PC's, or PC components...
Ah well!

Given the choice of boot or inside I'd always put a PC behind the passenger seat anyway. Secure with the chair, job done.
