I have had 2 cars on finance and its been fine, when you sell/trade in the car you pay off the finance and you're usually left with money to go towards a deposit on a new car

Don't buy a new car on finance its a fcuking rip off.
If you really want a new car get a bank loan so that way you don't have to pay the loan off when you sell the car.

i wouldnt EVER
u loose X amount as soon as u register it and drive it
at the end of the year your free insurance, service and tax will all be due (nightware!!)
the APR is missleading, a mate of mine bought a car with 14% APR (dont ask why), paid about 13 grand for an 8 grand car
THEN he had to get a laon to pay the rest of the car off from the bank so he is paying even more money out in interest again!!

I got my Corsa C SXi brand new with .3 miles on the clock (basically on and off the truck)
Only cost me 7.5k from Dixons Vauxhall - RRP is about 9.5k I think.
Took it out on finance - with this thing where if my car is trashed and the insurance will only give me say 5k then dixons make the money back upto what ever i paid for the car so i dont lose anything

is it true that you are limited to the amount of mods you can do on a car on finance, because if you don't keep up with payments they are going to want their cr back but not with neon washer jets, tireflies and 2 big holes in the parcel shelf

My dad got an Audi on finance, he was paying out more than the car was actually worth so he stopped paying the installments and let the bailiffs 'dispose' of the car...

yes you are. infact you should leave the car standard.the car belongs to the finance company untill you have paid in full.
