AT LAST i posted up for someone to put this link up i was gonna do mise last weekend but didnt know which bit to cut and stuff.

looks well tempting - only gonna cost like £5.
only problem is i don't own a welding torch. how much they cost approx for a semi-decent and what are the running costs like?

Yeah scoob if you want al do it, need a new wiper arm and blade so it looks better but apart from that will try get pics up tonight

Anyone sorted theirs so the wiper parks in the middle of the window as i aint looked at doin that yet n wondered how

Yo, that was my thread that was on the south Africa OPEL site, with my DIY Single Wiper. Any one done it yet, very easy.
To get the wiper to stay in the middle of the screen, all you need to do, is loosen the motor nut, and rotate the wiper to the posistion that you want and then tighten. Simple.

all you need is a 34 " wiper blade then.
can cut and weld the existing bit.

make sure u shamfer (sp) and welds on both sides, needs to be a good weld otherwise when u put on 2 speed it may snap! shorter linkage-greater strain

I'm going scrap yard today - costing my £15 for the wiper linkage, which aint bad - but all my local scrappys don't have any corsas ATM as far a i know!
anyway - gotta find someone who can weld for me!

the linkages r held on by a rivet btw...u'll have to break it to get the linkage on its own and then i wudnt know about puttin it back on
