my thought exactly

what do you do?? crunches?? reverse crunches?? crossover crunches??

i used to do at least 200 so called sit ups per nite until i realised that i wasnt actually doing them properly

i tend to vary it now

3 sets of basic crunches
3 sets per side of crossover crunches
3 sets of reverse crunches

i do 20 reps per set and that workout kills my stomach

even if you are doin them right, i feel you shoud alternate with different techniques i.e. crossover crunches as normal crunches only work your upper abs

i do some similar to that:

yes keep em straight tho. alternative squat thrusts r good, but not really for at home - mainly 4 the gym. i find after kick boxing i feel the work out allot more rather than pay £40 a month 4 the gym which you dont take that serious.
