My fella has just rang me at work and said that on sunday when we went shopping to get some stuff for my flat he was flashed by a camera and has been fined 60 quid and 3 points on his licence !

that means you are half responsible, therefore you must pay the fine while he takes the points, as he was taking you somewhere, if he didnt have to do this he wouldnt have been flashed.

He had just bought his new car and was on way home when he crashed and had no insurance had to pay for his to be fixed to sell that so he could pay for the others to done !
