yesh, if you are not an old man then you only need a half of one. A full tablet is a waste and wont give anymore effect.

me and a couple of mates had mixed results with them really, sometimes they works sometimes they dont, not suppossed to take with alcohol but found thats the best time

If you take a whole one or more then one prepare for scary side effects such has heart palpitations and blurry/purple vision.
