got me monthly phone bill this morning and instead of being 28.99 its fuckin 528.99 lol. theyve frikin charged me 250 quid for 2 upgrades i think theres a mistake sumwer

any of u ever got a ridiculously bill when u shudnt had

im presuming when i ring up they will put it right

nah if you upgrade and you have months left you have to pay remaining m,onths as your breaking a contract , this is where they catch you out.

yes i am dredding it about 40 mms's this month , its annoying cus you have to pay to receive aswell

nah, i was at the end of my 12 months and i rang em and they said itl be free. still puzzled on why theyve charged me twice aswell

I upgraded and I had my phone contract exactly a year but stayed on the same contract

and of that i used £1.94 in txt's thats it
the rest is vat line rentral etc etc

Yes ring them on 150 from handset speak to a customer service rep (they don't bite) and they will sort this error for you

shouldn't charged any extra than what you paid for the phone (if anything).... as long as you kept the same number and contract
