heres the crack then............... bought a set of wheels about a month ago and one of the wheels has buckled, iv not hit any potholes kerbs etc so what can i do about it, not very happy that a set of 650 quid wheels does that so quickly

Go back to where ya bought em and sort it with them if their are no marks on the wheels then it would appear to be that the wheels were of poor quality and unsafe to sell to a customer

You got a pic?

Lets face it a wheel wont bend for no reason mate

If it bent without hitting a pot hole, then they'd have to be mega soft/flexible..

Best course of action is to find a pot hole... take photos and send it to the council with the bill for a new wheel...


Next time buy some stronger wheels

iv given my wheels alot of punishment with rock hard suspension and hitting a fair few pot holes and not caused any damage to mine so ill be suprised if they have bent for no reason! must be a dodgy wheel

your unlikely to get anything out of the council cause they will check there road inspection dates after you have given them the date of the incident and tell you that they had sone evrything within the powers to ensure that the roads are up to standard......:Boggle:
