Where do you put the solonoid switch to save having to go into the car to open the boot.... or is that the best way??

just above the number plate in the overhang between the number plate lights.

if u do it that way u'll need it wired through ur alarm, no gud just doin a straight circut to the battery if the switch is outside.....

hows that gonna open the boot loL ?


Mine was done where the oroginal locking mechanism came from on the rear of the boot panel.

Need it outside of the car.... but dont wanna be able to see it.....

- whats the point of having to go into the car to open the boot??

Much easier to just unlock the car, open boot while at the boot then put stuff in and shut it

If it has to go inside then no worries....... Where would the botton go inside??

Mine was linked to my interior light button and also had a butotn on my clifford alarm which popped the boot too.

best bet mate, get yourself one of those key lock switches (from maplins) and wack that under a covering on if the fuel cap etc. Plus using a key switch still offers abit of security, rather than just a normal button etc
