when they - or 'if' they ask that dreaded question:
what do you find is your weakness......
what do you feel is the best thing to say ?
obviously if you want the job- you want to tell them your perfect - and "IF" you did have a weakness - i assume you wouldnt wanna tell them you did anyway
so what the best answer to this question

i ain't got no weakness cos if you get your tape measure out u will find that i am the same hight as mary poppins that means i'm practically perfect in every way

Tell them, b honest dont make out ur a complete retard but say Ur bit of a pikey, u dont wash everyday and u sometimes like to just not bother turning up

To solve that... you say you dont have any particular weaknesses (but name one) but turn it in to a strength... 'i could turn my weakness into a strength by....... blah blah blah

I hope u r jokin Barry coz people DO NOT like that unless ur gonna be a salesperson... cockiness is not good unless u hav 2 smarm ur way in2 sellin cars everyday

It's an honesty blah question, everyone has weaknesses, depends on the role really, if it's a 'customer service type job' don't say any weaknesses about customer focus, use something like time management.
Just say it's something your looking to 'develop' in anyway.......
