I'm falling for them. Thinking of finding a nice black one, lowering it 40mm, then some engine mods mainly. Wanna nice fast sleeper that looks sporty standard.
Then get a shitty Pug 205 diesel to get to work and back, as this is 250 miles a week alone.

Views and opinions welcome. I'm 19 and this would be easier to insure than a 2.0 16V corsa i think.

i test drove one a few weeks ago. brilliant cars

i would think it wud be cheaper than a 2.0 corsa

Theres one for sale at a traders in Norwich. Dark blue S reg. Has Peco bb2 and masked headlights. £5495. May take it out for a test drive just to see what they are like.

Wanna black one though!

Yes lack torque and that would seriously annoy me after owning the Punto.

Probably why James found it hard to own and drive one as well.

I love mine, got to give them some revs to get the most but they are very quick
Handling is good standard, heard from many people that when lowered they stick to the road like glue.

Also love the leather/alacantra interior.
Only annoying thing is that the pedals are quite cramped and it takes a while to get used to, but after a while its ok.

Will have pics of mine lowered 50mm this afternoon

the fasted 0-60 out of all of them in the evo mag IIRC

still cool cars, just lack torque when rolling, but do turn and go around corners well
