Right basically i was looking into the Velos Torque Tube which in easy terms is a version of the Mantzel Power Box and the price starts at £285 with instructions. I have emailed them inquiring about the product and will give you this link also www.velosmotorsport.co.uk/torq.htm. If i could get enough people interested in this item then they are willing to come to an agreed drop in price but i need to know how many people would genuinly be interested in buying one if you cold please u2u me if you are genuinly interested cause any dsrop in price would be most welcomed

We need to find out whats better, Velos or Mantzel kit.
If it turns out the Velos torque tube is more value for money then I will be more than willing to invest in a group buy.

Both the same in principle but the Mantzel looks better and has TUV approval.

Yeah, your the same as me Stoney, if it does the same as the Mantzel box then I will be buying this instead.
As Joff has told me in a e-mail, with the box/torque tube you gain bhp but loose torque, so a raised rev limiter coupled with this box should see a healthy increase in both bhp & torque.
Think we need to investigate this further, maybe post up on Migweb to see if other people have had experiences with both.
I think Andy H opnion maybe needed here.

Yeah i reckon this post in MIG would also be probably best to see what the differences are. I really only want the practical side how it looks dont matter to me

Yes the people at velos just spit into your inlet. works better than 10k boost

Going by what they say on the Velos site, they are confident that it will boost power by 25%, now I know that, that is probably a load of balls. But it looks more or less the same as the Mantzel box without the writing on top.
Think I will look further into this, they can supply and fit for £495 which is £5 cheaper than the Mantzel box alone

the guys themselves say that if you can take the inlet manifold off then you can fit this thing with much ease as the hardest part of this is the removing of the existing inlet. I'm away to post on MIG now my laptop completely turned on its side there

It could well do, but I need to clean the engine first.
