Alright guys,
We've got a Citroen Saxo 1.6 VTS in on a trade in at work, and sales want 1500 quid for it. Should i go for that, or spend money ive saved on a 2.0 coversion? The VTS is the faster one aint it

yeah but a vts is built nastly, i was shocked with the build quality and wind noise they let in at speed.
but that ain't everything, VTS handles beautifully, but a 2.0 corsa will have it on a straight line.

To the VTR? I think so, 120bhp, but the 2.0l conversion will do 150bhp iirc

i can't believe people don't see this as a bargain, yes I know its shite but buy it for £1500 and sell for £3k +, think about the money. You could then do your conversion and still have £1.5k left.
BUY IT MAN
If not can i buy it and make some ££?

ive bought the Saxo VTS and its miles better than my Corsa. Its dropped 50mm with a pristine interior, Clifford alarm (dont know what spec, it beeps when you go near it), bad boy bonnet, in silver with 42000 miles, 10 months MOT, and 6 months tax. What a steal at £1500, plus 6 months tax! So come on guys, help me out, what shall i ask for it?

Ok, the Sax is advertised for 2950 in various places, and it only went in today but got someone coming to look at it tomorrow in the light. Been driving it around, and the guy who traded it in saw me and he told me he only got 1400 for it. I muttered *anke* under my breath for taking that little! Owel, my gain! It is very fast, but thats only because i have a 1.4 8v. Ill tell you what i get for it
