The south Central convoy will be joining the East Midlands convoy at Watfod Gap Services Junction 15a-M1 (i believe)


i think id would be a good idea for all us southern folk to pin point certain places oh the way up to Sheffield, and arrange stops where other regional convoys can tail end onto the convoy
(if that makes sense)

ok. how long roughly would it take to drive from watford gap to sheffield

and what time is everyone trying to get to sheffield for,,
and depending on how many stops we have to allow for--- THEN i can sort the times out

but i need this info first

I wonder if its worth us going down the M4, up to the A34, onto the M40, onto the A43, onto the M1 at junction 15.

Does anyone know if the junction is past the services or before it?

i would bung another hour ontop to allow for stops and traffic and 1 litres etc

Right hopefully i have sorted out a convoy of myself, ipswichcorsa and born_upsideout, route for us should be a14 and onto the m1 at junction 19....

watford gap services btw is between junction 16 and 17
