Need to sell my Civic in a few months or so to fund this...
and need some ideas for a new car... I have a few ideas but still...
Criteria:
Must be below £7k (£6k is pref)
Stylish
No older really than 99 (98 max)
Fairly rapid ie. more than 130bhp (pref)
All these are musts:
A/c, R/C/L, E/W, E/M.
Alloys (obv)
CD player (pref but i suoppose aftermarket is fine)
My best ideas were a 206 Gti, 306 GTi-6 (gearbox worries hav put me off that tho)
An please, nobody say a Saxo (ruled out anyway as they don't have A/C)

seat ibiza cupras on an X plate can be got for £7k
clio 172 mk1 start at £6.5k roughly
how soon r u lookin 2 buy?

X plate, is that the older version or the newer one (not the one with silly lights)

on the auto trader they start at about £7-7.5k but in a few months time and after a bit of haggling i imagine that you could pick one up for a smudge under 7k

Finance clear. 1.8 20 valve turbo engine with ABS and traction control. 18 inch alloy wheels. Factory fitted approved alarm/immobiliser. Comprehensive specification including climate control, elec windows and mirrors (heated), central locking, computer, 6cd changer etc. 35000 miles. £7500.

Don't get a Fiat Coupe they need a Cambelt change after 60,000 miles and the engine has to be taken out to do it 
Will cost £1500 to do

yeh just had a look on there 2 check prices, theres a cheaper one for under 7k but had no pic
love the ibizas, my m8 just bought one in that gorgeous imperial blue

Thats very sweet, he done any other bodywork? I always thought that they came with OZ's but obv not, whats the perf stats 4 it? (I also never realised they are turbos )

a friend of mine has just picked up a yellow one, its about 9 months old but cant remember what he paid for it 
he took me for a spin the other night, very nippy and a bit 'diffrent' but bloody nice
