Went to a garage today after work to look at a TypeR but it was Red, £10k Vreg.......oh and sold just before I got there

Ah well....I want a white 1 anyway

i can speak from experience..just sold mine.!

had a revo remap, forge valve, dynatwist filter, full milltek exhaust, decat and rolling roaded at 207bhp.
awesome mid-range pull..pisses on most things in its class.
get the handling sorted. its crap as standard. (eibach springs and a seat strut brace for starters)
watch for ignition coils..they eat em..and when they go, u are stranded,,

crap on fuel, especially chipped, and when on boost. (as low as 14mpg on the MFA). although on a run up to mid 30s.
Built quality so so. go onto seatcupra.net and read the threads.
But id recommend one anyday. nice interior, good looks, and that very tunable engine. go for it!
