what happens when u crash then n the weld breaks coz of the force of the impact?? u'll have metal bars flying around

i think it'll take quite a big force to break welds. they look pretty hard welds to me

yup. watch rallying. you see crashes all the time. in fact M&M always show crashes watch how the roof doesn't buckle etc.
