I just want to keep the Gsi identity though, sure if you`ve got a 10 a penny SRi then debadge it, but these are much rarer.

Air box modifications, Courtenay Sport Panel filter, 4 Bar Fuel Pressure Regulator, Superchip mapped to Courtenays specification, Reworked hi-flow throttle body and inlet centre section, High flow inlet manifold divider, Lightened Flywheel (9kg reduction), Cool running thermostat, Competiton Magnecor Leads, Cat Back Magnex twin slash exhaust
Courtenay claim 30bhp from that lot, which is only about a 15% or so increase which i guess is feasible. Gsi`s are supposed to make 193bhp from the factory but some are down on this figure. Im hoping for 215-220bhp & 220 1lb/ft torque max but need to get it on the rollers, may go with a dastec and a decat as well as i think fuelling at higher revs is a bit off atm. someone on VVOC has the same mods and his is making 230bhp though.
I used to have a facelift V6 SRi and in standard form the power difference does not really feel noticeable. Think the SRi`s are 167bhp from factory, The mods made the car a lot more punchy and lively, the flywheel is a huge reduction in weight over the standard one it makes a hell of a lot of difference, much quicker of the mark and acceleration curve is much better then standard. Its worth doing, they have the 15kg flywheel as standard because the V6 unit is marketed worldwide, in the states it needs to idle at 450rpm for emissions regulations.

you won;t need the FPR at all. the superchip is wank. if you have declared your chip then you should just get a UNICHIP
