understand where ur coming from as it is a very big issue -which needs sorting- but at the end ov the day its admin who hav final say- a poll cud work but it wud b more effected by ur own feelings about a person ad not there ability 2 do the job which cud leave us in a postion wid a organizer who aint up 2 job imo. i believe the only fair way is 2 let admin decide- will save hassle and big arguments.

u cud say that 4 both ways thou as in poll ppl are more likely 2 vote 4 ppl they like or friends etc not on if they believe they can do the job - not tryin 2 cause a argument but just think that only fair way is 2 let admin decide - as they can c who posts most, is online most etc which are key elements ov being organizer- agree that we don't want 2 b left in a situation like we are now but it cud end up the same both ways- i believe that admin is the way 2 go thou.
