Anyone know how to derestric a piaggio scooter?? i'm gettin one this week for getting to work and dont wanna cruise along at 30..

i seem to remember from when i was 16 that theres a restrictor in the exhaust and one on the transmission thingy.

take off zaust and remove the filter cone which is inside the manifold end of the zaust its held one by one spot weld so just hack at it until its out then just pull it out

Hmmmm, could i borrow some of ur nos lukey - i have a vision. and it doesnt sound like a hairdryer, it sounds like a farking tractor at the mo coz of the exhaust. think i need to find a standard exhaust..

i'll bring it up norwich sometime

there's a restrictor in the exhaust and a washer in the carb, try pmtuning.com or taffspeed.com
