ok all the banned members were prem members i was wondering what happens, do they get some of there money back as they pay for it or does it go the charitable funds

well at the moment banned means banned, do they get time they have spent banned back onto there total eg banned for 15 days so 15 days are added to there total

5. Premium Membership

The admin reserve the right to alter or cancel membership benefits at any time. The admin will do all in their power to ensure that the services run 24/7, but cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to maintainance or unforeseen circumstances.

The admin reserve the right to ban or remove any premium member who does not adhear to the site rules. No refund will be made of the signup fees.

If 'Premium Membership' is discontinued at any time, there will be no refund for the remaining period of service previously subscribed for. However, the admin will do their best to phase out the service if the service is to be ended, to ensure users are not left short-changed. By signing up for 'Premium Membership', all users are accepting these terms and conditions.

Premium membership payment is made through two different vendors depending on card type. VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Diners Club signup is handled through 2CheckOut. This is an autotomatically rebilling method, and your card will be automatically debited each year. Switch, Solo and Delta signup is handled by NOCHEX. This is a one off payment and it requires a manual repayment each year (you will be notified when your membership expires).

To be honest, when you join up and you make your mind up to join with Premium Membership you still abide by the rules of the disclaimer.

Just because you pay your £13 then it doesnt mean your exempt from the rules which everyone else abide by

no i dont have anything agianst them , its just they should have thought about things first , theres lots of people that they have pissed off on here over the last week and now there sulking as if its the end of the world , no one has sympathy for you / them.
