Not been on here for ages now just thought i'd say hi  and if anyone knows where I can get my car through an MOT (Emissions) in the bedfordshire area let me know! I've spent a fortune trying to get the shit box through and it still wont get through!

wait till after the MOT and take the bugger off again? What about looking at a Sports cat? (about £220-£300 i think, still rated to handle about 400bhp).
Me not bad, same old rabble on here  D4 burnt though its wiring loom so got to take all the dash out to fix, grrrrrrrrr, missed German show because of it, but hopefully have them both together for PVS. Hows yours running, killed it yet?

I know clifton near henlow aint it? No dont know many test centres round here as i've always worked miles away and getting a ticket aint ever been a proplem. The one in clifton pretty good then I take it?

Still runs ok although its been 6 months now since it last drove more than a few miles! have put a calibra cat on it (brand new) changed the fuel pressure regulator as the old one had been up'd changed lambda sensor and it's still 4%!!!!!!

i'd also like to point out i had a big bore 2 back box oh and sparco harness pads all on a standard 1.0ltr trip nice!!

obvious thinks like spark plugs, clean air filter, possible air leak can contribute to high CO levels. try disconnecting the battery for 20 mins then reconnect. oil change also may help. run some redex through the tank also run some optimax too. if you've not driven it for a while then I suggest you give it a good caining

done the filters not tried redex as i heard it was evil stuff. If the ECU has been chipped is there anyway to reset it back to OEM settings?

God your a muppet Daimo, optimax cleans which it has been proven to do. so clean engine runs more efficent that a clogged up one which means better emmisions.
