i had that, msn plus gave it me, ran adaware and removed msn plus, problem solved

ok heres how to do it....

start>run and type regedit

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>software>microsoft>windows>current version>run

once here there is a file or files that will load the toolbar everytime you start windows. If your not sure which one it is post them all up here and I'll have a look.

Also run adaware and spybot search and destroy and it'll be gone

just download some adware killer prorgram. will delete all the adwares u have on ur pc

dont think it does, I had a smiliar toolbar and it deleted everything bar the run command
