Dont get insurance with tesco then
This theft is gonna count against you as a claim and lose any NCD you have too

with alot of companys.. even if uv had an accident and u wasnt at fault
or if u have never had insurance on ur own they always look unfavourably at you mate
always gona be crap the 1st time u insure on ur own name..
just take the cheapest u can get and try and get the 1st NCB.. then its easier by alot afterwards

quick question, on topic but not meaning to hijack ur thread.
Been driving now on my own insurance for 20 months. Have done 2 of them '10month accelerator' things with Admiral. In effect giving me 24 months of no claims driving.
If i was to switch to Tesco or someone else in August (when renewal time is up), would they recognise the 2 years NCB? Or would they tell me to pi$$ off?

that's good to hear. I just heard somewhere that some insurers don't recognise the bonus accelerator thing, tis why i was a bit concerned.
