me thinks i'm gonna have to watch my mail for a while :

LXXXXX TXX GXXXX has a strict policy when allowing e-mail in and out of the bank.

The images sent were deemed inappropriate and potentially offensive.

Therefore can you please take the necessary action to prevent a recurrence.

This email contained 2 .jpg images, 1 depicting a female exposing her breasts, 1 showing a close up of a female’s vagina and a sex toy.

Another email dated 13th May, timed at 11.29 a.m. titled ‘FW: This needs to stay on the dl chaps’, contained 1 .jpg image showing a close up of a sex toy inserted into a female’s vagina.

just change the extension to .txt then change it back to .jpg when you recieve it

I've spoken to the parties involved and stressed that what they have sent was unacceptable, they have apologised as they know it's my work address and should only be used in extreme cases for contact reasons. I've been assured that this will not happen again.
