hi,
i am looking for some 195/45/15 tyres for my corsa b and i want to get them with a kind of rounded tyre wall so they stand less chance of scrubbing. what does everyone recommend?

all advice appreciated!

My goodyears are the DON!

Although the price of them is a little higher than normal tyres @ £119 each, you'll notice the difference it handling instantly

im on mytres.co.uk at the mo and eagle f1 gs d3 tyres in 195/45/15 are £58 delivered and the avons are about £50. which would be best?

how come they're £119 each for you but only £58 for t- gansta on that website?

ah - I'm guessing because it's cheaper to get 195/15 tyres, than say 205/17" tyres for chris p ...

what do you do about fitting them though if you buy from mytyres? won't tyre fitting places be pissed off if you ask them to fit it for you, if you haven't bought them through them?

got four eagle f1's for bout £280 odd last year i think.. 194/45/15 btw

My m8 bought tyres off ebay and the local place fitted them for £10.

Personally i like uniroyal rainsports, best gripping tyre i have seen.

I had rain sports on my old 15's. I had them for about 15 months. The car wasnt lowered but they still seemed to wear down very quickly on the front
