as u may my car wont start theres no spark from the coil
but i swaped the coil, modual and the HT leads on a m8s car (same engine) and they work on his but not mine, there is power going to the coil but still wont start
any expalan it

dizzy cap do u mean the distributor cap if so no i cleaned all the contact points and the rotary arm

so change the distributor cap and the rotary arm
i also put 1 of the HT leads from the coil with a spark plug in it and grounded it and there was still no spark

change the dizzy cap and rotary arm, they are cheap anyway, then try the king lead, failing that i dont know, ecu wet?

iv got a clifford concept 600 would the immobiliser stop the coil from sparking as there is power going to it
also i put the alarm in valit mode an it still wont start

^ immobilisers usually cut fuel i thought, not prevent spark? (dunno tho)
could be a wiring fault, have you checked all wiring to the coil mate??
if thats all fine then it can only really be immobiliser

check the cables, could be grounding somewhere.
or maybe a fuse has blown, i would check that first actually.

dunno where the ecu is on a corsa but check its not got damp.

all the fuses in the fuse box r fine checked them

its behind the drivers kick panel i had it out to dat to check power to it and it didnt seem damp

earth straps on the battery, fuel rail, gearbox?? i think that's where they are
