does sound a bit steep but all depends on how many metres there is, you got a pic of what needs to be done ill be able to tell you roughly how much,
today i took 15 meters of cast iron down pipe, and renewed the 8 metres of guttering for just under £250 + materials, bearing in mind this was a 4 story town house and i aint too keen on heights.

If you are doing it your self, use a plumb line(piece of string) attach it to either end of the facia board, make sure its falling to the end you want, each clip wants to be about 800mm apart with about 1 1/2" fall over the whole 5 meters, just make sure the sting is tight!

Off the top of my head 5 meters of UVPC deepflow gutter, 1 Centerdrop, 2 end pieces, 8/9 clips about £40odd you would need to collect it from my house tho

not hard undo old stuff
fit ne brackets making sure that is nearly level "cant be fully level as the water needs to run to a downpipe"
then clip in the gutter just make sure you get one that wide enuff for your roof

if you fuck it up you shud already have the old gutter off
worse can happen is yo have no gutter which means when it rain it runs str8 off onto the floor
and also if you still need the new one fitting your paying for 1 to be fitted so its half a job less ££
