Baaaaaaaaaaaaaarnsleys house prices are going up and up now.

Which is a b'stard cause me and a mate are on about buying together.

He likes to roam around in his pants with his trousers round his ankles tho. I asked him to stop, he said it comforted him, so I left.

Houses where i live are VERY expensive.

Adam, sometimes its not worth saving for an extra few months for a deposit because in that time the prices of the houses have gone up alot more than you can save, put down a deposit as soon as you have a reasonable amount

Anna starts hedr job in September and I think the morguage companies want to see regular income for at least 3 months, so we're aiming for december/Jan and hoping the prices crash in the mean time.

this was revalued when my dad got my sister a house at 330k i think this was about 4 months ago.

How can anyone afford to buy without sponging off their parents or shagging their bosses for all of their money?
