How do you do it?

What are the restrictions?

Do the nurses were sexy outfits coz if they do my blood wont rush to the needle!!!

I give it at work and now they send me a letter to let me know when i can next give blood.

You have to fill in a questionare to ensure you are fit to give blood.

Unfortunatly there arent any fit nurses.

the blood mobile comes to my work..Not easy as was on night shift but as of the 12th on dayshift for 6 months...so think i will do it...

How much do they take?

I'm not allowed but I used to have regular blood tests and could barely fill two of those little vacutainers. One time they tried to take three and I passed out outside the hospital

Respect to all who do it I also donate blood.

I am also part of the Anthony Nolan Bone marrow donations
