it's from an audi a4
if you notice, i don't have much space to install the intercooler since i have A/C :x

hei kris, in your location you have 99HP and the torque power. how much is the torque in NM (newton meters).
what mods do you have in the engine?

just upped the boost, upped the fuelling and added a cone filter.
cone filter made loads of difference, essecially where i put next to the turbo.
dont know wat it is in NM, sorry.
standard its 97 ib/st if thats any use.
its running 0.85 bar, about 12 psi

i would suggest putting a small vent or get some louves stamped into the bonnet to direct some more cold air to the intercooler
and have you put some dort of shield on the exhaust? could try wrapping it?

grind away some bumper and fit it in front. bloke with a punto GT has aircon and fitted the saab one cause it had inlet and outlet at the same side

hot air rises when there is no resistance, you think what will happen at slow speed or idle

just incase everyone is too thick to realise wat he is doing, he is front mounting it, its not sitting on top of the engine like in the pic.
