well you either get the F16 and have the engine pull it apart every few thousand, or you get another F20
F28 is a bit of a waste of time unless your going to be running crazy power

F20 shud be suffice buddy 
F16 wont be able to take the power for too long and an F28 is no good unless ur running fookin high power

whats the point in longer gear ratios ? cant do over 90mph in this county without getting ass raped by pc plod
closer is better, as faster acceleration

But if you ever do a lot of miles in the car, then longer will be better for fuel economy, etc.
I'm tired of sitting on Motorways at nearly 5,000 rpm

currently the car is running a tad shy of 200bhp but it should be just over once the mapping is complete

Apparently F28 is no good on normally aspirated engine.
F16 has shorter ratios but may be a little weak for 200+ bhp.

Tell me about it. Mines screaming atjust under 4k RPM @ 70MPH .
Does anyone know the actuall ratios of the F16/20/28?
Depending on how they decided to do it, it could be that the F28 has similar ratio's to the F16 or F20 with a longer ratio 6th for cruising .

that kinda power, id say, you'll knacker an F16 in not too many miles, F28 aisnt worth the hassle, have a play about with F20's.
