I was out with my mam in the car last night and she said "me and your dad need to talk to you and your brother when we get home".
I thought "Cool....im 18 and finally getting the sex talk" 
However, i got home and they both sat down and said....."How do you feel about moving". I thought Aye bollocks, they've talked about it before. it'll never happen. We've only lived in the house for 3 years so its not as though we've been there ages.
Anyhooo, They carried on to say that our house had been valued yesterday and was getting put on the market soon 
I think the pikey fuckers were going to move and not tell us 
House prices have gone stupid though. We bought ours for £156k, it got valued at £425k. Thats only in three and a bit years.

mum and dad bought there's 7 years ago now for £89k. Now valued at £350k. Had had double glazing and a conservatory built.

Well when it goes on the internet i'll give you the link.
We've turned a bathroom into a bathroom and seperate shower room, put on a conservatory and redecorated every room, put laminate flooring in....
Theres one in the village up the road that sold just before we bought ours for £250 (ish) and is on for £750K.

i told u that it must of had some £££'s spent on it.....
my parents house must be worth mega loads then
was brought for £165,000 16years ago, done a lot to it, extension, decorating, new garden etc.......

Same here mate, mums thinking of moving about 5 miles from where I am now, (she was meant to be moving to leicester) r house is worth £140k now paid £35k for it 15 yrs ago, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, kitchen well cheap for what it is well nice now aswell I wana stay.

mums house was bought for £105k 7 years ago, spent £20k on extentions, and was just valued at £380k.; Not a bad return really!

But it's pretty much the same up here, there is so much difference literally road for road where I live
Gonna end up in a piss poor little 3 bedroomer small as feck & miles away from mates & work (I know i'm not 10 anymore but taxi's r gonna kill me )
all so she don't have to pay as much heating or council tax  oh and she wants to live in a semi posh bit
