astra is £600 FC on insurance
corsa GSi is £2500 FC on insurance

if i was to stick a 1.6 16v out ma astra into a corsa would the insurance grp be the same as the car it came out cos astra is only grp 6

Dont quote me but I think a 1.6 Sport is group 11

If you get banned theres no way youll be able to insure it when your ban is completed though! If insurance is £2500 before hand, itll be double with a ban to your name.

same/similar bhp as a corsa 1.6 16v?
Corsa is lighter so WILL be quicker

Anyhow if you dont believe its quicker then why are you prepared to pay £2500 on insurance.
