I would say keep actual bumper but put black mesh...would look better ;-)

Theres isnt reallt that much difference between the two bumpers. Only thing i'd say is that with the irmscher bumper, it looks more matched to the sideskirts as they follow the lines of the two splitter parts that come out of it at the corners.
