Just wondering what times people have recorded in their various Corsas. Whether they are 1.2's or 2.0 turbos. State you Engine size, model of car and 1/4mile time. And keep it to santa pod times!

I want to get mine on a strip but , so many RX's detonate as you cant run the engine in at all before launching as all rotary engines need to be fully run in and rotors lubed up and warmed up

at QTR mile day in the year seen so many RX's limp over the line

Why only Santa Pod? Because that the world-wide renowned 1/4mile drag strip. Its a place where you know your are going to get an accurate result on a flat strip. Some places use dodgy timing gear and the strips arnt flat!

Correct me if I'm wrong (but doubt it) but the strip at Santa Pod is slightly up hill.

BUt definately agree about other drag strips having dodgy timing, some of the times I've heard from Crail seem very suspect. Thinking about Avon Park has made me giggle a few times too.
