much prefer TB's.... less hassle once on and setup.

If you can cope with the setting up and fuel consumption issue's - cheap power

they dont need setting up as often as people say, but consumption is bad! lol, my dad has a mgb roadster with a bored out 1.8 in it, made it a 2.0ltr, few other goodies.....with a single webber 45.....didnt do to well on fuel! also twin 48's are gunna be to big IMO for a 20xe, what other mods are being done to it

Other than full rebuild not sure yet, always wanted carbs as I want to be a little different and this --->

if you really want them then yeah go for it, means u can loose a hell of a lot of wireing, good price too. but as adam sas they will be to big for a standard engine, maybe add cams, head work to that.......

Overpriced and to big. Me thinks ill just keep an eye out. XE will have same head work as Joffs engine when it's rebuilt!

i think that would be the best bet

get a set of cams, headwork etc etc before you do carbs or tTB's
