If you want to change your contract does it cost you?
I am with Orange paying £38 for 200mins, 120 txts and I have some kind of WAP thing too.
But I have just found a talk plan which is 200mins and 500 texts for £30.
So would it cost me to change it cos my contract is up for renewal in January.

Shelleh - I'm lookin at doing the same on mine, currently have same as you, but without the WAP bundle...
I was told by orange on the phone just to go into an orange shop & start saying i need to do more & if need be I'll cancel this one & go elsewhere if they cant help
they said if i did threaten them in the shop of terminating the contract, they would more than likely give in & adjust the contract at no cost
worth a try

REPLY I GOT FROM ORANGE (finally)
Dear Michelle
Thank you for your mail.
I can confirm that Orange do not charge customers to change their service plan, however, please note that it is possible that some customers have made agreements with the vendor of their phones not to change tariff within a specified time limit which may incur a penalty. Please check your agreemet with the dealer from whom you purchased your phone.
I trust this will be of assistance.
Kind regards
Michele

Orange are the best without a shadow of a doubt
Natalie and I left Orange for 3 for a VERY short period of time and we shall not be leaving them again
Natalie is upgrading (well upgrading is balls we;ll jus get new contracts on same number ) to a Nokia 6230 and I to a Moto V3 soon as it is released on Orange
